In the series “Spaces” Evan Grothjan explores the emotional qualities present in space. What makes a space different from another? Perhaps it’s the emotional quality we ascribe to how we feel when we’re in that space. The series of paintings runs though fun spaces, meditative spaces, and serious spaces.
