Ghanaian well known on-screen character, Nadia Buari has recently told the media that Globacom (GLO) the Telecommunication Company, was unhappy with my exclusive appearance at the 17^th edition of the yearly musical event, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2016 (VGMAs), which was held at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) on the 7^th of May, 2016.

Nadia Burai looked absolutely amazing at the VGMA, she likewise presented the award. Reports proposed that GLO was not pleased, when the on-screen character graced the stage of a contender as she is the ambassador of GLO these days.

But on the contrary to this, Nadia Burai said, she attended the most prestigious musical event because the Charterhouse, coordinators of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, invited me exclusively, not the company Vodafone who sponsored the event.

Nadia told the media that, “With that, definitely [they will not be happy] because I’m a GLO ambassador. And I actually went there at Charterhouse’s invitation. Of course, they will not be happy with me mounting the stage of a competitor”.

Nadia presented the award with George Andah to one of the most talked about reggae/dancehall artist, Stonebwoy for the category of ‘Raggae/dancehall Artist of the Year’.
