Obed Owusu, the Asante Kotoko attacker says in an interview, “The victory over rivals Hearts of Oak will serve as a boost for the rest of the season to the players in the Ghana Premier League.”

This is the sixth victory for the Porcupine Warriors against their bitter rivals at the Accra Sports Stadium after defeating the former CAF Champions League winners 1-0 in the derby clash on Monday.

Owusu told the media, “All players are happy with this win, and their morale has boosted with this win and it will really help us for the rest of the season.”

Asante Kotoko will host Ebusua Dwarfs in their next fixture in the Ghana Premier League at the Babayara Sports Stadium.
