High Court in South Africa has decided to drop seven hundred and eighty three charges against President Jacob Zuma and it should be reviewed.

Judge Aubrey Ledwaba stated that just weeks before the 2009 election, the charges were dropped which led to Mr. Zuma becoming President.
The decision which has been taken by the chief state prosecutor at the time was irrational.

The case which has been brought by the opposition Democratic Alliance,opens the way for prosecutors to return the charges.
