At Kumawu in the Ashanti Region, a Student who is 20-year-old of TweneboaKodua (TK) Senior High School (SHS) has been arrested because he attacked his colleague very badly.
On Thursday, due to misunderstanding between students, a final year science student, Douglas Afril was attacked and wounded on the campus of the TK SHS.

Media channel gathered information that during the quarrel, he was attacked many times on his left hand. Francis Adjei is also a final year Visual Arts student and he attacked Douglas Afril.

DSP BoakyeAnsah, the Kumawu District Police Commander, confirmed the incident. He told that Douglas Afril stayed in theKomfoAnokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi and the police had taken Francis Adjei into custody.

He described at the school building, the suspect was arrested while the injured student was quickly sent to the hospital for medical treatment.
DSP Ansah, said here the victim was in critical condition, he was fighting for his life while the suspect was permitted to sit for the ongoing West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) under police companion.

He stated that the police were waiting to take a statement from the victim as part of investigation.
