I’m usually not one for knee length skirts because they always seem a bit too formal for my style. What happens when you combine a pencil Skirt with an edgier material like leather? Perfection! I love this skirt because although it’s longer, the leather and exposed zipper completely dress this down, making it much more wearable for day-to-day.

I was so exited to work with Forever21 and their new styling handle (@shopforever21now) to create this look! To be honest, excited is probably an understatement, because this was really a dream come true for me. When I started my blog, I never in a million years thought that just 6 months later I would be partnering with one of my favorite brands.
