Newly inaugurated President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and his ministers are kitted out in their exercise gear ready for a morning workout.
They’re in the presidential palace courtyard – passersby can stop and have a peak through the fence.
A healthy body is a healthy mind, the 77-year-old tells reporters after the vigorous session.
With a bounce in his step, he then heads back inside to start the first cabinet meeting.
The routine, scheduled for every Wednesday, marks a new leadership style, and seeks to encourage citizens to keep active.
