Motivation fed by the right reasons and ideas will make things better, period. We have the basic needs such as food, sex and shelter that motivate us to chase for those. In addition, there is a higher need of any human being to seek appreciation and find meaning to live. And for this higher purpose, we constantly need motivation and drive to be the best we can be instead of only satisfying our basic needs.
