Buy art when you Love it anyway, even if you don’t have room for it. Once we get use to something we become blind to it, we take what we see every day for granted. Rotating your art is a great way to get around this phenomenon.

My Grandma used to change out her curtains every season.  There are plenty of little ways to change your space.

Here’s my proposal:

When you want a new look like changing the Drapes, rotate your artwork.

You’ll fall in love with your space all over again.

This is especially great if you rent and can’t paint your walls. White walls are great for art. Sure, you’d have to move some or all of the pieces, but isn’t it worth a little extra effort? Just Store them carefully under the bed. Or in a closet. I have a post about storing coming up if you want more ideas.

Back the art with wire or  command strips and it will be easier to switch out than the drapes.

You could even share art with a friend and just change it up every once in a while. Two birds, one stone. You don’t have to store it and  you can get new work when you want it. Just make sure you really trust that friend or better yet, have a contract.

You would have a never-ending supply of fresh happiness just waiting to come out and say hello.
