When I started this I thought writing will be a Fun Activity and I will do it in leisure time, but the more I try to write I find it more than just a fun activity. You have continuously be on your toes and think, what new can I bring on table? what I write makes sense? is it well written? does it add value to anyone?, and if I am able to achieve a miniscule of what I thought I am sure that will be a great achievement.
Coming back to Topic, today we continue on the grammar part and an important part of it the voice we use in our Emails. We should prefer use 'Active Voice' in our emails, this is the form of direct communication and leaves a better impression on the reader. I understand this is the most difficult topic of grammar but that is what it is, Hope this simple instruction will make sense and you will make necessary tweaks in your emails to make them more effective
As I started do keep suggesting and the best is share your experiences, how have you improved this trait. And we will try and make this a better forum for all who wish to improve on this skill and do not know where to go.
