Sometimes we have dreams of being rich and Famous. Sometimes those dreams are crapped upon. There are famous celebrities who have had their fair share of “no’s” and “you’re fired’s.” Here are 7 actors who brushed themselves off and still made it big, despite the movies that let them go.

7. Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway was to perform in “Knocked Up.” However, she expressed that she felt the birthing scene was “too graphic,” so producer Judd Apatow decided to abort the idea of Hathaway being in the role and cast Katherine Heigl instead.

Heigl has starred in movies grossing a total of $897 million. Hathaway has brought in gross sales of over $2 billion to the movies she’s starred in.

Considering she chose to avoid heavy labor, I guess Hathaway is a “work smart not hard” kind of lady.
