Comic Art Terms – Color Shadow
Color Shadowing is the process of adding degrees of darker hues of a color to an object. By adding the darker hues of the same color you will create a transitional shadow. This will give the object a shadow that s not to dark. As seen in this example of Beast Boy’s face, The Color Shadow adds depth to the character.
