File a Lawsuit

If the tenant does not meet the terms in your notice then the next step to file a lawsuit that is you will have an opportunity to tell your side to the judge with the presence of your attorney, if your tenant wins then you have to wait till the lease expires

Removing your tenant

If the landlord wins the eviction lawsuit, the court will give warning to tenant to leave the property, if the tenant doesn’t move out within certain days. The court will use force to remove the person
