The 2 States actress turned a singer on social media as she hummed a couple of lines from her upcoming movie Kapoor & Sons. And we bet fans simply cannot wait to find out what’s in store for them. The wait is over and the song is out!



What’ hot: Arijit Singh proves he is the new King of Melody! The singer doles out yet another hit romantic number that will make you fall in love with his voice. Tanishk Bagchi’s music and Dr Devender Kafir lyrics will take you to a beautiful space. Fawad Khan and Alia Bhatt’s chemistry is far far hotter then that of Alia’s chemistry with Sidharth.

What’s not: The song is beautiful, but Arijit’s voice fails to belong to either of the heroes. It just doesn’t seem like a playback for Sidharth nor Fawad, instead makes you imagine that Singh is a part of the song only he’s missing from the visual. What’ worse is after we heard Alia sing, we wished she had sung the song, coz like Arijit even Asees Kaur’s voice does not blend with Alia’s persona.

Kapoor & Sons is a film that deals with a complicated family and their issues. The movie also features some great talents from Bollywood – Rishi Kapoor, Ratna Pathak Shah and Rajat Kapoor in prominent roles. While buzz about Alia Bhatt’s chemistry with her real life beau Sidharth Malhotra was high during it’s making. Everybody has not got talking about Alia’s fresh pairing and sizzling rapport with Fawad Khan. We simply cannot wait for March 18, coz that’s when we will get to watch this beautiful cast on 70mm. And hopefully Karan Johar’s all three proteges, Sidharth, Alia and Shakun prove their mettle at the box office. Are you thrilled about Kapoor & Sons?
