2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S 2015 205 mph top speed versus 2017 Corvette C7 Z06 top speed of?....

One cannot help but wonder, how the fuck does Porsche pull a shit like this off?  According to Porsche, the upcoming 2017 Porsche 991.2 Turbo can hit 0-60 in 2.9 seconds and reach top speed of 198 mph, courtesy of 540 hp turbo charged motor while the S variant can accomplish these tasks at 205 mph and 2.8 seconds while being powered by 580 hp engine.

This is a truly puzzling situation considering that the +General Motors "flagship" has a hard time crossing 190 mph, on a cold day, wearing the lowest level of aero aides, down wind and downhill, assuming nothing else goes wrong, while being powered by 650 hp supercharged LT4 turd.

How is this possible, how about them bragging rights for the senile owners?  Any changes rectifying this situation in 2017?  Absolutely not, there is not a single change coming to +Tadge Juechter 's love child, finally giving the frustrated owners even a single legitimate bragging right.

Oh and how does Porsche do it?  Quite simple actually, great gearing and better than ever aerodynamics, two components none of the seventh generation of Corvette can claim.

Congrats to the Porsche team and and more condolences to Juechter and even more frustrated buyers.
