As per latest reports, Salman Khan is likely to star in the remake of the Korean film Ode to My Father, which will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
After completing Sultan, Salman has two films in the pipeline to shoot, of which one is Kabir Khan’s directorial which will be produced by Salman himself and the other one is Rajkumar Santoshi’s flick which will be produced by Salman’s brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri. The movie will hit the screens in Diwali 2017.
According to a source, which is close to the film, Atul Agnihotri has bought the official remake rights of Ode to My Father and Salman has liked this film, however Rajkumar Santoshi has also narrated his own script which too has been approved by Salman Khan.
Khan has to now decide which one to choose between these two projects. Post Sultan, Salman will start shooting for Kabir Khan’s project and after competing that he will start working on Santoshi’s film in November-December this year.
