With the Oscars just around the corner, it seems like the perfect time to look ahead to see what great movies will be hitting the cinema screens in 2016.

From epic space battles, to comedies that deal with underground Casino Games, here’s ten great movies to enjoy in 2016.

10 – Zoolander 2

Anybody who’s really really good looking will be more than aware that Zoolander 2 recently premiered. And with the Star Ben Stiller showing off the world’s biggest selfie-stick, it should provide some epic laughs.

09 – The House

Ben Stiller’s partner-in-crime Will Ferrell looks to enjoy a prosperous 2016 with his upcoming underground gambling movie, The House. Revealing all of the chaos that can unfurl from an illegal gambling den, it’s just another reason why great success has found Coral’s live dealer casino games that are realistic and totally above board too!

08 – Ghostbusters

Another great comedy to look forward to is the all-female Ghostbusters revamp. With the universally-popular Kristen Wiig leading the movie and a long-awaited trailer coming soon, it could be one of the biggest cinema hits of the year.

Although we may all be nursing something of a Star Wars hangover, there are already signs that Trekkies are ready to take up the sci-fi baton with the Star Trek Beyond movie that will be released just in time for summer blockbuster season.

Disney is never too far away from the multiplexes, and this year’s offering updates the Finding Nemo franchise with Finding Dory that will see the easily-confused fish transfixing a whole new generation of Disney fans.

03 – Passengers

Jennifer Lawrence has quickly become one of Hollywood’s leading ladies thanks to a string of excellent performances. And she looks to follow these up with the sci-fi epic Passengers that has already got critics foaming at the mouth thanks to the stories regarding Lawrence’s drunken love scene.

02 – Hail Caesar

The Coen Brothers have earned a fantastic reputation for their quirky oddball dramas. And this month’s Hail Caesar could be their biggest hit yet thanks to its incredible cast that features the likes of George Clooney, Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum.

And finally, legendary director Richard Linklater looks to follow up his magnificent Boyhood with Everybody Wants Some in May which will hope to deliver another poignant slice of real-life drama.
