I feel so bad as I have not put anything new on my blog for the last few days. I am working on several projects. Digital Collage Sheets that I hope to add to my Etsy store so I can get that opened. Some new jewelry pieces and a give-away that I plan on having soon. I also have ATCs to make and Altered Altoid Tins and Tags for swaps. There's just never enough time to get everything done I want to.
So today I decided to finish the collage sheets and have a nice salad. It's a very simple salad and yet so delish.
Take a head of iceberg lettuce and cut it into quarters. Split the quarter in half and place on a plate. Chop 2 Granny Smith apples and divide apple pieces over the four quarters. Add blue cheese dressing (I prefer Lighthouse) and top with toasted sliced almonds.
