The project has been conducted over two companies named State life insurance company and the Adam Jee Company. The reason behind this study were to measure the Job Satisfaction of employees in State life and Adam Jee company and then Compare the job satisfaction level of both companies, as we have seen in our analysis that the study have covered the all objectives by doing different analysis in our research. For achieving my objectives I have done two types of analysis.

To measure the job satisfaction level in both companies, in our Percentage Analysis the study has shown frequencies distribution table where readers could easily see the employee’s response to our each question. For the sake of measure the job satisfaction and comparison, here I put frequency distribution on the data to know about the employee satisfaction regarding to both companies. You can see the result of the finding in annexure from table 1.1 to table 1.47. Graphs are also used to have clear idea about the data.
