The Chinese ideographs above are: Sichuanese Kung Pao Chicken. In Pinyin that is: Sìchuān rén gōng bǎo jī dīng. For me, Kung Pao Chicken will always be one of the first Chinese dishes I ever ate at a restaurant as an adult, that I remember.
