Din Din Supper Club Closing End of February

Plans to hand over Din Din space to another chef

Portland Monthly broke the news today that Din Din Supper Club will be closing at the end of February 2016. Chef Courtney Sproule quickly gained a following for her traditional French pop-up dinners, and opened a brick and mortar space at 920 N.E. Glisan Street.

I have some friends who love the Din Din experience, where the monthly dinners provided an opportunity to meet new friends as everyone enjoyed the same food together.

In a message to PM, Sproule said,

“I’m privileged to have spent a chapter of my life cooking and hosting on my own terms,” Sproule tells Eat Beat. “I now plan on returning my cooking to my home kitchen and look forward to experiencing what all of Portland’s creative food innovators do next!”

Best of luck to Courtney and her crew.
