Now that the weather is nicer, I’ve been getting out, enjoying the city and taking more photos! There are so many wonderful new-ish places around Portland I want to share with you. One of my favorite haunts these days is Never Coffee Lab.

The simple white exterior is offset by a neon sign, of which each letter is a different color. Inside, the subtle color theme is carried through from the logo on the coffee machine to the sign of menu options to the bold green tiled floor. The real star of the space though is the colorful and abstract Belmont mural.

If you feel like splurging beyond the usual latte, check out the signature drinks. My personal favorite is the Rich Kid (haha) which features rose water, saffron and cardamom. Yes, you could probably live a happy life without it…but once you’ve had one, you’re going to want more.

I’m also a big fan of their line of merch (the heavy white coffee mug is especially good) and you don’t even need to be a local to get your hands on it.
