Elaine and Miguel´s destination wedding, wow! Where to start? I met this NYC couple the day of their site visit/engagement photo session in Merida. I could tell right away that they were very excited about bringing friends and family from all over the world to celebrate with them in Yucatan (the entire group of family and friends travelled from places like China, the States and Mexico City).  When the time came for the welcome dinner I know that I was to going to be disappointed- the couple  arrivedat the Quinta Montes Molina in a vintage red Mustang decked out in traditional Chinese and Mexican attire! The wedding was a treat to the eyes with the Chinese Mexican red and black theme carried throughout the day, the hacienda Tekik de Regil decorated beautifully (shout out to NYC wedding planner Maria Bejarano who made it all seem effortless!). The emotional celebration was proof that no matter how diverse the group of people love of family (and appreciation of a good fiesta!) is a universal language. Muchas gracias Elaine and Miguel!
