Hello from Montreal, the beautiful city of whacky weather!

Ater a few days of sweltering heat, Yesterday it cooled right down, to the point where it reminded me of how an Unexpected snowfall can always drop by for a visit!

Yes, we do have a chuckle when we see tourists arriving here in the middle of July with parkas, sometimes newly purchased. Still, our hot season is short enough that sun worshippers don't waste any time getting out to the beaches, bike paths and sidewalk cafes.

Anyway, yesterday didn't hit us with any white stuff. To be honest it almost never, if ever, snows here in the summer. But, before you know it, someone will see the first red leaf. And, not long after that... well, let's not talk about that yet :).
