This is a very familiar view for Artists and hikers who take the Mount Baker ski road up to Artists Point every summer. I've posted about this location many times before and you can link to one HERE. This summer I made it up one time and had a great day Painting with Ned Mueller and his wife Karen. Both great artists! The above painting of Mount Shuksan I brought back to the studio for a little touch up. The other one I did sailed off the cliff into the abyss of unredeemable paintings....you know what I mean..=]
