 A favorite coffee shop in Edmonds.  Just a cool place to hang out, get good food and good coffee.

I set up during Edmonds and Beyond Plein Air competition to capture the feel of this little neighborhood Coffee Shop. Kinda like the way the dog turned out. In my experience, you get one shot at including figures or animals in a urban setting when painting on location. It only takes a couple brushstrokes and if you don't get them right and try to fudge too much it can look overworked....It's tricky!!  The only way to improve is to keep trying it...  Have fun!  =]
