As I was Painting this down at the Edmonds Marina everyone was walking by and saying "Oh that's Sal's boat"....I was hoping Sal would walk by and see it as I already sold a painting that way during the Edmonds Plein Air Paintout...  But Sal never did....  Anyway, you can see this painting and much more great local art at the Cole Gallery in Edmonds, WA. and for a limited time they are having a 20% off sale!

One of the great things about plein air competitions is getting to hang out and paint with other artists. Brook Borcherding did a great painting down at the marina and we both had fun talking to all the people walking by.
