J Lo Reinvents the Naked Dress in a Nude Gown Covered in Crystals

Jennifer Lopez attended the LA premiere of "Shotgun Wedding" in a whimsical, nude Valentino Haute Couture gown that came with a sheer overlay swathed in sequins. The 53-year-old actress wore a tan bodysuit underneath the floor-skimming design, cinched at the waist with a bright yellow bow that was completely visible through the fabric. To play up the detail, she held onto a crushed-velvet limoncello clutch from Tyler Ellis and also sported a toi et moi ring with a standout yellow diamond. The rest of Lopez's jewelry was up to par on shine, including a swirling cuff, a crown-like pointer ring, her wedding-band stack, and chandelier earrings that skimmed the high neckline of her dress. These pieces worked in tandem with her towering six-inch platform Valentino Garavani Tan-Go pumps, entirely covered in crystals, to accent the rhinestones on her dress.

While her outfit was put together by her longtime stylist duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, makeup artist Mary Phillips provided golden eyeshadow; a thick cat eye; a glossy, nude lip; and peach blush. Tom Bachik employed a simple, pointed nude manicure, and Andrew Fitzsimons slicked her hair back into a high, twisted bun.

For the afterparty, Lopez was joined by husband Ben Affleck, and she slipped into a second Valentino look - this time a '60s-inspired, swingy minidress with a crystal underlay and sheer chiffon ruffles, worn over studded fishnet tights and completed with white patent-leather Tan-Go shoes, a metallic bow top-handle bag, and architecturally dramatic earrings.

Ahead, see Lopez pose on the red carpet with castmate Josh Duhamel, shop some of her key accessories, and get a full glimpse of her evening in Valentino.
