10/21/23: Lit Crawl 2023: Epic 4-Hour Roaming Literature Festival in the Mission (SF) - FREE

Litquake ends its 2023 festival with the traditional closing night literary pub crawl known as Lit Crawl with a series of 45 readings scheduled in three phases; they include the ZZYZZYVA FALL All Stars at Dog Eared Books; 826 Quarterly at 826 Valencia; Noir at the Bar with the Mystery Writers of America at Red Poppy Art House; KQED LIVE presenting Donde Está Mi Gente at The Chapel; the Bay Area Reporter with Lucky 13 Fortunate Fictions at Art Television Access, along with a slew of other writers groups covering everything from Chicano Futurism at Medicine for Nightmares and Writing Migration at Bissap Boabab to Telling Secrets and Unearthing Histories at 518 Valencia and In A New York Minute at Sour Cherry Comics and much more …

Lit Crawl take place on Saturday October 21 from 5 to 9pm over the course of three phases; complete schedule can be found HERE; Admission is FREE

Litquake ends its 24 year and their first with newly appointed Executive Director Norah Piehl at the helm with its annual closing night Lit Crawl. Featuring 45 readings over the course of 3 phases between the hours of 5 and 9pm mostly (but not exclusively) centered around Valencia Street. As always, the Lit Crawl goes out of its way to give fans of the written and spoken word a Saturday night destination in a variety of venues that this year include:
