Woody LaBounty and David Gallagher founded the Western Neighborhoods Project (WNP), a non-profit dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the western neighborhoods of San Francisco, in 1999 and have produced more than 250 episodes of Outside Lands San Francisco. Woody is the Executive Director of WNP, a writer, a storyteller, and a San Francisco History resource. David consults, advises, and contributes to many San Francisco community history organizations and is WNP’s primary liaison to the San Francisco history community.
