Made a layered floral card ....

I started with a white card blank and die-cut a smaller matt from white card. Onto this I Stamped a solid background stamp from a layering set in pale mauve, yellow and blue memento inks to act as a shadow to the flowers.

The flowers were stamped in 3 colour shades of Memento ink to form the layers on each of the flowers which were trimmed out. The leaf was stamped in a similar manner. They were then given a coat of gloss acrylic varnish and allowed to dry.

The flowers and leaf were then arranged on foam pads offsetting to allow the stamped shadows to show.

The sentiment and flourish were then stamped in purple Memento ink. I finished the card by matting the stamped panel onto pale mauve card and applying on more foam pads to the card base.
