Australia’s own Alex Lahey just announced some West Coast shows and released a new single. Lahey always churns out great hooks, so I’m not surprised that this is a catchy number, but its aggressiveness did catch me off guard a bit.

Australia’s own Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever just put out this snazzy pop tune. Here’s hoping a new album is about to get announced.
Cable Ties – Self-Made Man
Australia’s own Cable Ties just rolled out the second single off of their upcoming album, Far Enough (due March 27). Like the first one, it’s a post-punk force. I’ll definitely be trying hard to see them at SXSW.
