Song: “Scratchcard Lanyard“

I’m always searching for artists that dare to be different. South London’s Dry Cleaning fit that MO as they tend to use spoken word instead of sung vocals. The song “Scratchcard Lanyard” was a song that just kept getting stuck in my head over the past two months. I originally tried to fit it into the June Playlist but I could never find a proper fit for it. But here it is on the July playlist. It fits as a nice juxtaposition following John Orpheus’ “IG”. Their new album NEW LONG LEG is out now.

It’s the littlest things that matter most.
