On tonight's "The Masked Singer, it was down to the final four competing for the golden mask trophy in the semi-finals!! Comedian Jay Pharoah joined host Nick Cannon and panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, and Robin Thicke as they watched the performances and looked into the clues to guess for the celebrity singers who performed under their masks.
Competing was Turtle, Frog, Night Angel, and Rhino. At the end of the night, Rhino was sent packing.
The Rhino turned out to be former MLB pitcher Barry Zito.
Barry's Clues:
Being on the top became an addiction
Guitar - he had a reference to the Grand Ole Opry and "South" in blue letters
He took a leap of faith
Rhino knows Robin Thicke and they played on a track together
The planet mars refers to his nicknname Planet Zito and his son's name is Mars
The 9 in Rhino's package is for Barry being the 9th overall in the 1999 MLB draft.
