A video shared by Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has shown Marlian label CEO, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley and his associate, Balogun Eletu, famously called Sam Larry Leaving court after they were arrested.
We remind that the suspects were remanded in police custody by a Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State on Wednesday.
We gathered that the Lagos State Police Command demanded that Naira Marley and the others be held captive for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, however, ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
Reacting to the development, Tonto posted a video of Naira Marley and Sam Larry leaving the court leaving this wording; “Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been remanded for 21 days.
“At this point I will like to say thank you to the magistrate.”
