Multi-Award-winning Nigerian artsites Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid and Temilade Openiyi,Tems, are on a winning streak as both acts have become the recipients of the Iheartradio Titanium Award.

The award is coming barely three days after the duo’s nominations at this year’s BET Awards.

Wikzid’s Essence, off of his 4th studio album, Made In Lagos, featuring the delectable Tems became the first African song to win this award.

Subtly celebrating the big win, Muyiwa Awoniyi, Tems’ manager shared a photo of the award via his social media page.

Essence began to garner major traction following a remix by Canadian singer Justin Bieber in 2021.
