Bronx rapper Cardi B surrendered to police in New York on Monday morning, according to NBC Channel 4 News, for her role in a strip club brawl that left two bartenders hurt. TMZ was the first outlet to report the news.

According to the gossip news site, the fight was “spontaneous” and was triggered by someone throwing a drink. But there was reportedly already bad blood between the bartenders and Bardi—according to TMZ, Cardi believed one of the bartenders had slept with Offset (which honestly, seems like an issue that needs to be taken up with Offset, but what do I know?).

From TMZ:

Cardi … came face-to-face with the 2 bartenders and allegedly told her posse to attack them with bottles, chairs and a hookah smoking device.

Oh Lord, not flying hookahs, people.

TMZ reports that Cardi won’t be arrested, but will receive a court summons for charges, which the outlet says will likely be “reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct”—both misdemeanors.
