Colin Kaepernick Lands Nike Campaign “Just Do It”

According to TMZ, Colin Kaepernick has signed a new deal with Nike to become the face of the “Just Do It”30th-anniversary campaign. The deal was reportedly put together in recent weeks and offer a major payout to the former 49ers quarterback.

Colin posted the new ad that reads,

“Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything. Just do it.”

Sources tell TMZ, that Colin’s legal team — Mark Geragos and Ben Meiselas — were behind putting the deal together recently.

The new endorsement deal comes after news of an arbitrator throwing out the NFL’s motion to dismiss Kaepernick’s collusion lawsuit. That means they now will have a full-blown trial where NFL owners will have to testify under oath about Kaepernick’s suspicious removal from the NFL.

The latest ruling comes after the NFL filed legal docs saying Kaepernick’s claims that NFL owners conspired to keep him out of the league were baseless and had no evidence. However, the arbitrator disagreed, and concluded that there was sufficient evidence present to allow the former 49ers QB’s case to go forward.

Looks like Kaepernick’s patience and resilience is leading him to the money.
