Usher’s wife and manager, Grace Miguel, has officially filed for divorce just one month after they announced their separation.

Now, here comes the fun part! The couple is headed to court where they will have to decide whether or not any assets must be split if any.

They don’t share any children so that should make this a little less dramatic.

Usher and Grace first got together ten years ago following his Divorce from Tameka Foster, and the two were married in 2015. Their announcement to split came amid allegations from multiple women that Usher gave them herpes, which sources close to the couple say put a strain on their marriage.
