Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are finally divorced after 10 years of marriage and 10 months of drama.

According to new legal docs … a judge granted the dissolution of their marriage as of December 15. All that’s left to work out now is the division of their property. We broke the story … Mel agreed to pay her ex-husband $15,000 per month over the next 3 years, and the 2 struck a deal for joint custody of their daughter, Madison.
In her divorce filing, “The X Factor” host alleged he was physically abusive and she obtained a restraining order on April 7.
She also claimed he had an affair with their nanny, ultimately getting her pregnant and using the singer’s money to get her an abortion.
Mel B also alleged in documents that Belafonte demanded she have sex with him and “random women” and then threatened to release the sex tapes if she ever did anything wrong to him.
