BRIDGE SHOW TONIGHT!

Tags: bridge tonight

Tonight at the Bridge will be a free show that is a truly mixed bag of Pop and Anti-pop!

Local electro-hero Heather will reprise her recent fall sensation of Debbie Gibson by way of Stockhausen.

For those still recovering from local free jazz collective Ear Infection’s recent score of Zorn’s Lemma, they will be back making it up as they go along. It should provide a nice skronky sorbet between Corncob and the main act.

Speaking of, Cokes Dares will be the “out of town” special as they will converge on Charlottesville from their twin homes in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Originally hailing from Indiana, Roger Dollartree aka Jason Groth has real indie rock cred from his time with Songs: Ohia and the Magnolia Electric Company. Their most recent effort Fake Lake is a nice mix of baby hooks, electronic mini fantasies, and some power popping to keep you rocking.

SHOW IS at 8 — Free to all – but have a heart and bring some bucks for the traveling acts.
