I'm genuinely curious how perfumers make Hair Mist I heard alcohol strips hair oils and damage the scalp and fragrance oils sometimes are irritating to the scalp so what do they use to make hair mist and what are the measurements ?

they use ? Safe fragrance oils with safe carrier oil with whatever aromatic blend with specific percentage's ofc and call it a hair perfume/mist ?
