I bought my bottle of l'eau d'issey a few months ago. Its a '18 batch. I even wrote about it here how happy I was when it arrived. Now the first two days I wore it I got really good projection and 7 hour longevity.
After the first week something really strange happened. I don't get much projection or longevity anymore. I can't explain it. Most of my fragrances start off some what tame and then get more potent with time. The opposite has happened here it just isn't performing well like it did at first.
Could it be nose fatigue?
Maybe my skin just doesn't like this fragrance.
I find this really weird as it's never happened to me before.
