Update, I bought a diluted/waterdown/corrupted Creed frag. The night before ebay says I can file a claim to get my money back (he has no returns) he gives me a sob story about how he needed his money for rent and can i trade. But the key is he doesn't want the fragrance back. If it was just genuine juice that had gone off he would want it back right? and just relist it as some of the top notes had changed? I don't want to be a villain especially when i read stories on here of so many buyers getting screwed over. My gut is telling me that someone who is buying creed 500mL flacons probably has more equity than a few perfume bottles. I don't mind sending the product back to him. would it be possible for me to post the conversation (names removed) and you tell me what your feeling? i don't know what the rules are on that. I'm not that naive i feel like i know when someones trying to scam me-but at the same time i've read enough nice ppl on here getting hurt by ebays policy that i don't know what to think anymore.
