I have never bought minotaure but I have always wanted it.
I know that alot of people say the current version is not very good and that a real sandalwood note has been changed to a synthetic molecule.
How do we really know that it's true though?
Did the vintage version really have real sandalwood in it???
I have tried the current version from 3 stores and two of the testers that I tried had the same problem for me.
There is a note from the beginning that lasts for 3 hours that ruins the fragrance for me.
This note literally smells like burned rubber/plastic and stays untill the drydown and then finally goes away.
I just don't know if the testers were old and may have gone bad. Could this be the synthetic sandalwood everyone talks about?? Anyone else agree that there is something off about minotaure?? Or was this note always there?
