I'm curious how others use decants and why.
Do you use them as oversized samples to try for an extended period before deciding whether they are worth a full bottle?
Or do you buy them as a way to get expensive fragrances for a reasonable price?
Or is it that you just know you won't get through a full bottle, so why waste the money when a decant will last you years?
For me personally, I've bought them for a couple reasons. I have a few for which the full bottle is not even available any more (Apoteker Tepe). I've bought a few just to save space...I hate the ridiculous Io Non Ho Mani che Mi Accarezzino il Volto bottle from Unum. I've bought a few because I wasn't sure how often I would use it, so it seemed like the safer bet. And absolutely as a way to save some cash. How about you?
