A radio broadcaster by name Larry Saint working with Rivers fm (90.5mhz) in Wasa Akropong in the Amenfi East district has been arrested by the Wasa Akropong Police under the order and instruction of the Omanhene of the Wasa Amenfi traditional council.
They have arrested him on the basis of his interview granted with an eye witness, the M.P in the Constituency and also opening phone lines to the youth and the public to also share their view and thought on the killing of a young Ghanaian by a Chinese foreign national in the town of Wasa Akropong on his Mid morning show on Monday 9th October.
The Omanhene who claims that comments by the radio presenter and the callers did not go down well with him invited the radio presenter to his palace and called the police commander to come and arrest him. Larry Saint is yet to write his statement at the Wassa Akropong Police Station.
