Too often, a Conversation results in wasted time,
You may reflect back on what you should have said,
Inspired about this topic/subject and making it rhyme,
The point of the collaborating needle is needed to thread.
In developing something meaningful,
Are you listening or waiting for your turn to talk?
Talking for the sake of talking ain’t very strategical,
Before running, your pace first needs to be able to walk.

Don’t get too excited about your next thought,
The next word spoken may contribute to greater value,
Let each character sell themselves in this plot,
Here you will be able to tell how to move forward in addition to what is shallow.
Ask questions that you have never spoken out loud,
Recognize how to overcome personal barriers,
Improvisation is most certainly allowed,
Unload what is hooked but lifted in the metaphorical carriers.

Share key experiences, Implement their knowledge,
Reach out for the sake of memorable wisdom,
Take no one at verbal hostage,
Remember the overall win/win vision.
An observer can only obtain what they perceive,
Connection through language enlightens you to see,
Extract truths from what people believe,
Direct what is flat giving it a shape until it is 3-D.

Digital comments add all sorts of perspective into the fold,
Taking forms of speech to another level,
Telling honest anecdotes is bold,
Anything less devolves us into something primal.
Humbled in what I get out of others,
I give out the same amount as I take,
Teamwork within creativity creates cultures,
Conversations good and bad work if all are equally awake.
