How to share your feelings?

Sharing your feeling is not easy. Feelings are very but very personal. Actually, sometimes it is harder to Express your emotional thoughts to people very close to you.

I believe one of the main reasons for that is not to hurt people. Partners, parents, siblings, best friends sometimes take it seriously and get offended, hurt etc.

Remember most of the time people treat the closest bad. Go hard. Heavy. Cause they know you can take it or understand. They know that you will forgive them no matter what.

Looking at the situation on your side.  The aim is to explain yourself, share your feelings, thoughts, even opinions without hurting anybody or getting misunderstood.

Why it matters? Cause you want people to understand and accept you as an individual person. Even if they do not like it they have to accept it. This must be the ultimate result.

Why sharing?

Communication is the key.

Happy interactions, relationships, friendships are all based on communicating with understanding.

Listening, understanding and accepting without any condition creates eternal togetherness. Once it is agreed by both parties partnership gets free. Free as in peaceful, relaxed, happy.

How to share your feelings? 

First, you have to know what do you feel? Many people -under the influence of society- do not even know how/what they feel. They made to believe how they should feel in certain situations. Stop that.

Listen to your inner voice. Be open. You are an individual and it is your right to express differences. Do not lie to yourself. Focus on what makes you happy. Do not be a people pleaser. Once you are happy (I mean truly) you organically make people around you happy. Without any extra effort.
