Typically, novels fit within a neat category. Fantasy, sci-fi, and romance fall within their tropes and Stick with them. But occasionally, a novel will blur the lines and give us something different, and ultimately, something a little better. Girls With Sharp Sticks was a refreshing take on standard science fiction with strong feminist themes that didn’t disappoint. Here’s my review.
